LAWN LOT
This type of lot is a Double Interment Priviege (DIP), fully carpeted with only 14 inch by 24 inch marble markers with no man-made concrete structures to mark and obstruck nature's own greens and trees. Each lot is 1.0m. by 2.44m. Burials are all underground.
The lawn lots are found in wider areas of the park and are generally accessible.
GARDEN LOT
The same classification of the lawn type of lot-a Double Interment Priviege (DIP), fully carpeted with only 14 inch by 24 inch marble markers with no man-made concrete structures. Each lot is 1.0m. by 2.44m. Burials are all underground.
An aesthetically planned landscaping is created out of lawn grass, shade trees and flowering shrubs all tastefully arranged.
These lots are found in the smaller park gardens which provide more privacy.
FAMILY ESTATE LOT
These are blocks of 8, 12, and 24 lots for big famillies, where mausoleums can be erected. Two above the ground niches are permitted in every 8-lot Family Estate inside the building. The mausoleum width, length, and height are controlled in relation to the area of the block.
Mausoleums are to be designed by licensed architects and duly approved by the Board so as to follow Rules and Regulation in Building Family Estate Lot.
